On 21 December 2001, a new legislative regime dealing with the way we handle personal information was introduced by the Australian Parliament.
Just Travel respects the privacy of our customers / clients. The personal information we gather is used solely for the purposes of meeting your travel requirements. The personal information that we may collect and store securely may include your name, address, telephone numbers including emergency contacts, email address, credit card detail (where you provide them) and any further information you volunteer to us which may include preferences or medical/dietary requirements etc. Where necessary to fulfil your requested travel requirements, we will provide such information to airlines, tour companies, car hire agencies, hotels, restaurants, insurance providers and commercial partners.
Please be assured we will not disclose any personal information for any other purpose without your consent, except where the use or disclosure is required or authorised under law. Just Tarvel takes reasonable steps to protect any personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Just Travel does not send unsolicited mail, sell in whole or in part the personal information it collects, or disclose it to other organisations, outside of those provided above.
A consequence of your not providing any information requested by Just Travel is that Just travel may not be able to complete your travel arrangements, or contact you to advise of any changes to your travel details that may arise.
On request, you are welcome to view your personal information that the agency holds. If you find that any personal information that we hold is inacurate, please do not hesitate to contact us. Following authentication, we will atke reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected.
